- My name is Brittany Uribe. I met the love of my life, Hugo Uribe, five years ago, through some mutual friends. We dated for four and a half years. He proposed to me December 6th 2007 at Temple Square in SLC. We went on a carriage ride around temple square, where he then got on his knees and asked me to marry him. He pulled out this gorgeous ring. I started to cry i gave him a big kiss and told him YES!! The carriage was white with red heated seats. It was snowing, the snow flakes were so big you could actually see the detail of the snow flakes. The driver then dropped us off in front of The Roof Resturant, where we ate some delicious food. That place was amazing. If you haven't ever been there before, i would highly suggest checking it out. We then got married on May 24th 2008 at Conrad Ranch, up Provo Canyon. It rained a couple days before the wedding but then cleared up on our wedding day. That day was the happiest day of my life!!
